FBC: Firebreak, the new cooperative first-person shooter from Remedy Entertainment, is set to launch on June 17, 2025. Set in the surreal and supernatural world of Control, the game features PvE missions called Jobs, built for co-op play and designed for replayability.
FBC Firebreak will be available on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5 for $39.99, with a Deluxe Edition offering exclusive cosmetics for $49.99. The game will also be accessible day one via Game Pass and PlayStation Plus (Extra/Premium).
The Deluxe Edition includes premium voice packs, cosmetic armor, weapon skins, and a unique Classified Requisition containing 36 unlockable items. FBC Firebreak introduces a Requisition System where players unlock cosmetics through gameplay, with premium items available for purchase—entirely cosmetic, with no effect on gameplay.
Remedy promises post-launch support, including two new Jobs arriving later in 2025 and more updates in 2026. All new missions will be free for players. Currently, Remedy is also working on Control 2 and a Max Payne 1 & 2 remake collection.
